Shipping & returns
How much is the shipping fee?
We ship domestically within Japan.
Domestic shipping is 400 yen with every order. Domestic shipping is free for orders above 4,000 yen.
We currently do not provide international shipping.
When will I receive my order?
Please allow 3-5 working days to receive your order.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
When will I receive my pre-order items?
Pre-order items will be clearly marked in the item description with the expected arrival date.
You will receive an e-mail notification when your order is dispatched. Kindly allow 3-5 business days for your item to be shipped to you.
How do I return an item?
We accept returns within 7 days of your order. The item must be unused in their original condition and packaging. Opened, used, or damaged items are not eligible for return.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at enquiries@meirodo.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the item and packaging.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
